Kerala State Housing Board

Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) is a Kerala governmental group that provides direction and planning in housing activities. It was established under Act 19 of 1971.KSHB Organised and planned development of building activities particurlarly of residential accomadation has been lacking in the State.Various Governemental and Non-Governmental agencies are executive house building schemes without any c-ordination.The agencies have also not been able to function effectively due to their inability ton funds at the proper time.
